Summary	ريم فتاه عمرها 23 سنه ، الأوسط لأختين ، الأب مهندس زراعي ، والأم ست بيت ، وهي معهد سينما مونتاج وتعمل منتجه فنيه ومخرجه (شكلها روشه واثقه في نفسها وفنانه) وتعيش في الجيزة مع الأختين ، والأم والأب في البحيرة . وقد بدأت الحاله منذ سنه عندما بدأت تعاني من القلق والأكتئاب وذهبت الى معالجه واخذت مضاد اكتئاب ؟ ودوجمانيل وانبسطت اكتر (اول مرة اكون سعيده كدة) ثم وقفت الدوا وكانت كويسه ثم تركها حبيبها وعادت للأكتئاب والقلق ، ورغم انها تعمل في المجال لكنها ىمازالت غير قادرة على عمل شغلها الخاص (تردد صعب في الشغل العملى) ، وتبدو انها بدأت تعاني من قلق الإنجاز في ثانية معهد تطور بعد ذلك الى اكتئاب خفيف الى متوسط ، والأعراض الغالبه هى الحزن اغلب الوقت ، الخمول ، واجترار افكار الفشل ، لوم النفس ، عدم الأهتمام بالذات في الدراسة ، والوحده رغم الأصدقاء ، فقدان الأهتمام ، التوتر ، كما انها من اسرة محافظة وتقليديه لدرجة فرضت الحجاب علي البنتين الكبار ويبدو ان ذلك عمل شرخ كبير داخلها .

Follow Up	الجلسة الأولي مع ريم مع (آية السيد): كان الهدف الأساسي منها التعرف علي العميلة وبناء علاقة علاجية ووضع أهداف كبري للعلاج. تحدثت العميلة عن نشأتها في بيئة غير داعمة وغير مهتمة بمشاعرها مما جعلها تعاني من مشاكل في صورة الذات والثقة بالنفس وسعي إلي الكمال مع حاجة ملحة دائمًا إلي التصديق من الآخرين. بالتعاون مع العميلة تك الاتفاق علي وضع أهداف كبري للعلاج وهي : ١- تقليل أعراض القلق والإكتئاب. ٢- تحدي الأفكار المرتبطة ب الكمالية (من أجل بدء الشغل علي الفيلم القصير). ٣- بناء علاقة أفضل مع الذات (لأن العميلة تميل إلي الانطوائية ولكن الأعراض الأخري تجعلها لا تتحمل الإنفراد بذاتها). الواجب: thought record: (situation- automatic thoughts- emotions) ملحوظة: ريم ذكرت ان دكتور نبيل وصف لها العلاج الدوائي بدءًا بحبة واحدة ثم زيادته إلي حبتين وهي كانت تري أن حبة واحدة تقوم بالتأثير الجيد لها وانه لا داعي لزيادته الي حبتين، فسوف يتم الرجع إلي دكتو نبيل بخصوص ذلك. الجلسة الثانية: تم مراجعة الواجب وتحدي الأفكار التلقائية التي تحتوي علي أخطاء معرفية عن طريق الأسئلة السقراطية مع تطبيع الكثير من الأفكار التي تسبب احساس بالخجل وتم وضع هدف سلوكي وهو بدء محادثة مع زميل عمل تري انه من الممكن ان يكون صديق مناسب الواجب: تكملة كتابة المواقف والأفكار التلقائية والمشاعر
