الاب مهندس، الام مدرسة، وهي صيدلة وتعمل صيدلانية، لم تتزوج وتعيش مع الاب والام في مصر الجديدة، وقد عاشت حياتها في طنطا وجاءت الي القاهرة في 2007 للشغل، وتعمل في شركة ادوية، وقد جاءت ريتا منذ سنوات طويلة ولم اجد ملفها، جاءت من قبل بسبب الهلع وشخصت برودرلاين واكتئاب وعولجت مع اطباء جدلي سلوكي وتحسنت ولكن مازال فيه تقلبات مزاجية (العنف والاندفاعية وايذاء الذات والتقلب المزاجي اتحسن علي المستوي النوعي والكمي)، ومع وفاة الصديقة من شهرين تدهورت وزادت حدة الاعراض وفصلت من شغلها وحاليا ً العرض هو الشعور بالانفصال عن الواقع، الخوف من الفشل مع ملاحظة انها اجبرت علي دخول صيدلة وكانت ترغب في الطب ومازالت مجروحة حتي الان من الاب (الاب تحرش بها)، وحاليا ً خي مش بتصرف علي البيت، كما انها تعاني من خبرات علاجية سيئة مسيطرة واقرب الي فلاشباكس الصدمة والاجترار، سرعة الضيق، اوجاع جسدية، تشكشك نفسها بالدبابيس، انقباض، القلق الشديد، تسارع القلب، يأس، توتر، وبمراجعة الاعراض والتاريخ المرضي، هذه السيدة كانت طبيعية الى حد كبير ما عدا بعض التقلبات المزاجية وكانت احيانا تعور نفسها وحتى تعمل عادة سرية وتعور المهبل بفويل ؟ وكانت متفوقة دراسيا ً حتي اجبرت علي دخول صيدلة وبدات تتدهور دراسيا وتزداد تقلباتها المزاجية وفي عمر 20 سنة توفيت الجدة وبدات تدخل في نوبات اكتياب وتزداد في الطول ونوبات غضب وتحطيم بالمنزل وبدأت تتدهور دراسيا ً ولكن تماسكت واتخرجت واشتغلت وبدات تتحسن وتشعر بالامان بعيدا عن الاب المتحرش (موضوع الاب طويل ومعقد لانه ترومايزينج) وفيي عمر 26 سنة عملت انجاز جيد ولكن نقلت الي عمل مكتبي بسبب الترقية وبدأت تتدهور لدرجة التوتر الشديد والعجز ونوبات انشقاقية حتى رفدت منذ شهرين ، وهي غالبا ً اضطراب شخصية حدية غالبا له علاقة بالتحرش من الاب واتعالجت مع تسع اطباء نفسيين اتحسنت فقط مع دكتور ولكن عملت عليه ترانسفيرنس قوي معطل حتى الان رغم تركه البلد،، كما انها تعاني من مرض السكر في عمر ٢٦ سنة، ومنذ شهرين فقدت صديقتها المقربة بمرض السرطان، ومنذ سنة بعد سفر المعالج عانت من جلطة مؤقتة بالمخ وكذلك رفرفة اذينية ولكن كل ذلك خف وحاليا على ادوية سكر، واندرال للقلب ، وبلافيكس ، وتجريتول ٢٠٠ يوميا وكويتابكس ٢٥ وميلاتونين ٥ مل ونيودبرين / توفيسوبام وهو مضاد اكتئاب، وحاليا تعاني من صدمات الاب، وتعلقها بابرام وشعورها العميق بالوحدة، ونوبات تبدد الواقع وتشرب الكحول وتاخذ زولام وارهاق شديد، وبالتالي يمكن تشخيصها اضطراب شخصية حدية مع صدمات متعددة من الاب وصدمات اخرى من الحياة وكذلك محاولات علاجية بالاي ام دي ار والدي بي تي ولكنها فاشلة ومؤذية وتحتاج الى مضاد اكتئاب ونطرا لانها عانت من كل انواع مضادات الاكتياب سوف تاخذ فقط تريتيزول وتعمل جلسات معرفي كلاسيكي جدا ولكن اجلتها لما بعد اول السنة 6 جلسات مع أبراهيم ١ أبريل ٢٠٢٥ بدأت معاه وكانت متوترة ورافضة الجلسات لكن صبرت عليها خاصة أول جلسة بدأت تثق واشتغلنا على افكار الاكتئاب والحالة المزاجية وقللنا الاحترارات شوية وكذلك تعلقها بالمعالج السابق واتحسنت في العموم بنسبة معقولة أتحسن أداءها في الشغل نسبيا وهي ماتزال تعاني من تجربة والدها بمشاعر متضاربة وكذلك بتدرس علم النفس انتساب وعموما الان متجاوبة وأفضل Diagnosis/Notes Social
