اكبر، الاب مالي في الطيران، والام تربوية، وهي تجارة، وتعمل تسويق في البترول، وغير متربطة وتعيش مع الاب والام في التجمع، بينما الاخت متزوجة ويعيشون جميعا ً في بيت واحد، وقد بدأت الحالة منذ 4 سنوات عندما كانت مخطوبة وحصل ممارسات جنسية سطحية ثم يتركها الولد واهانها وبدأت تشعر انها خاطية، وبدأت تصلي وتدعي ثم دخلت في علاقة اخري وعملت حاجات ومن شدة الذنب بدأت عصبية وبكاء وحزن وشدة انفعال، كما انها كانت في علاقة رسمي منذ عدة شهور ولكن ام الولد رفضتها لأنها غير محجبة، من ناحية اخري الاب عنيف نفسيا ً (غالبا ً يسبب لها الدونية)، ولكنها قريبة من الام (سلبية)، ولها اصدقاء جيدين، وبالفحص هي بنت جدعة ومكافحة وشاطرة ومستقرة في حياتها النفسية والعلاقاتية والمهنية ولكن تعرضت للحياة مع ام مدرسة في البيت والمدرسة واب شديد الابتعاد وبدأ يعمل علاقات علي الام وقامت بمواجهته دون فائدة، والاعراض اعياء، نسيان، خمول، بكاء، وتقلب مزاجي ولوم النفس، انقباض، والتكرار والتأكد، والمشكلة الكبري وهي شعورها بالذنب الشديد والانشغال به والتفكير واقرب لوسواس قهري مع اكتئاب وسوف تاخذ باروكستين 12.5 مع جلسات تمكين مامتها اهدي شوية كان فيه بينهم خلافات كتير جدا ً بسبب اختها نادين، هي بتشوف ان مامتها بتفضلها عنها وبتقف في صفها وبتهتم بيها اكتر، وان هي ملاهاش خصوصية في البيت ومستباحة وملهاش اي حاجة، ده طبعا كله جاي من افكار مسمعة معاها من شخص كانت مرتبطة بيه وهي حست بالذنب لأن كان فيه تجاوزات وكدة، فمامتها لما جت وهي متعرفش اي حاجة عن التفاصيل دي وحكت اللي حصل وبدأت تحكي علاقتها بيها، وحكت اللي حصل الفترة اللي فاتت وخناقتها هي واختها وهي نفسها مصدومة ومخضوضة من الخناقات اللي ما بينهم، وهي معاها ان رنا معاها حق ان اختها صعبة وشديدة والام نفسها مش عارفة تتعامل معاها، وانا قعدت مع الام لوحدها بأذن من رنا ، سمعت من الام، واتفقت مع الام بموافقة رنا بعد كدة هيبقي فيه سيشن انا ورنا والام نقعد مع بعض بحيث نبدأ ان العلاقة بينها وبين مامتها يبقي فيها مساحة امان تعرف تعبر عن احتياجتها تعرف تعمل علاقة صحية مع مامتها ، بعد كدة هنبدأ نشتغل بقي تاني علي الافكار وعلي علاقتها بنفسها وثقتها بنفسها ووضعها لحدود والتعامل مع مشاعرها وتجاوز العلاقة القديمة والتجاوزات اللي حصلت وازاي تفك التعلق اللي حصل في اخر علاقة، زائد ان فيه حد اتقدم لها دلوقتي وهي لما قبلته كانت حطة في الخلفية شريف العلاقة القديمة وهنشتغل علي ده ، ومامتها بتقول ان هي اهدي الفترة اللي فاتت بعد اخر خناقة مع اختها وهو طول الوقت فيه خناقات
