الأب تاجر زيوت والأم ست بيت ، وهو هندسه ، ويعمل مهندس وغير مرتبط ويعيش في الأسكندريه . يشتكى من سرعه العصبيه في الشغل لأنه محسوك جدا لدرجه انهم يشتكوه ، وكذلك سريع الضيق والزعيق ثم الندم ، ومن الصعب عليه التعرف على الأخرين وليس له اصدقاء ، احتمال قلق اجتماعي وخجل وحتى خطب ولم يشعر بشئ ومن الكسوف سابها . كما انه يعاني من فقدان الرغبه الجنسيه تقريباً ولا يعرف الى من ينجذب رجل/ امرأه ، وذهب الى هبه قطب وقالتله انت زى الفل وعملتله حقن بالقضيب وطلبت منه يمشي ويمارس العاده السريه واعطته جل ديوركس وفيتامينات ولكن زهق وتوقف . وبالفحص هو اضطراب الشخصيه الوسواسيه وكذلك بارانويه ربما بسبب اختلافه ويعاني من سرعه الضيق ، فقدان الرغبه الجنسيه ، وساوس نظافه ، الوحده ، الأنقباض ، سهوله الإنجراح والحساسيه ، القلق تجاه المستقبل والخوف من عدم القدره على الزواج ، البطء ، التأكد والتكرار ، والخلاصه هو شاب مجتهد ولم يشعر طول حياته برغبه جنسيه او انتصاب او قذف ولا حتى في الحلم ويستغرب من الأسئله ثم خطب ولم يكن يشعر بشئ وتركها وذلك مع اضطراب الوسواس القهرى والأكتئاب والقلق وسوف يأخذ ولنتا اولا ويحول الى وستاميجن، ومن ناحية اخرى زهقان من شغله وعايز يغير الى جرافيك بعيدا عن المقاولات وسوف يبدا جلسات مع الاخ ويطلب مساعدته، ومن ناحية اخرى مازال مكتئب فعلا اما الموضوع الجنسي فيبدو انه يعاني منذ المراهقة من نقص الرغبة الجنسية ود فاقم ذلك اضطراب الشخصية الوسواسية الذي فاقم من القرف من الجنس حتى انه يقرف من لمس عضوه رغم الانتصابات المتقطعة ولم يتخيل نفسه قط في علاقة جنسية لانه يقرف من ذللك وبالتالي التشخيص هو اضطراب الشخصية الوسواسية الذي يعطله في العمل والعلاقات والخيال الجنسي واضطراب نقص الرغبة الجنسية وربما الاورجازم لانه حاول ماستربيشن مع هبة قطب وفشل في القذف وسوف ياخذ دوا برنتليكس١٠ ويكمل مع ابراهيم للشغل على الشخصية الوسواسية التي تعيقه عن تغيير شغله ونؤجل موضوع الرغبة الجنسية جاليا ٣٠/٤/٢٠٢٥ ذهب إلى إبراهيم يونس واشتغل على الوسواس القهري وأتحسن كتير ولكن مازالت الرغبة الجنسية كما هي ، ومع لام شمسية تذكر انه من عمر عشرة إلى ١٣ عاني من تحرش مستمر لان العم كان يمسك قضيبه ويلعب فيه حتى ينتصب ولكن لا يذكر تفاصيل ولكن يحكي انه كان اجتماعي وحبوب ومرح ويتعامل مع كل الناس وبعدها اصبح انطوائي تنبي ويقرف من اللمس وكذلك الآخرين ، وهناك احتمال ان نقص الرغبة الجنسية ارتبط بكل ذلك مع تطوره إلى الشخصية الاكتيابية وتم الاتصال بالام التي اكدت انه تحول إلى الشخصية الاكتيابية مع المراهقة
