آنسة في 26 من عمرها تعمل معيدة بالجامعة ويبدو على وجهها ملامح الحزن والضعف والانكسار والمزاج الحزين وسهولة البكاء أثناء الحديث وكذلك زوغان العين عن التواصل وضعف البنية الجسدية. تعيش مع أختها في مسكن واحد بعد مرورها بخبرات نفسية وأسرية قاسية، وتشكو من أعراض (فقدان للطاقة وتعطل في إنجاز رسالة الماجستير وعدم حب الحياة وشعور بالخذلان وضعف التركيز) وهي في شكوى مستمرة (سهل ممارسة سلوك الشكو) لمن حولها من ظروفها وتنسحب من أي لقاءات اجتماعية وغرفتها غير نظيفة ولا مرتبة وكذلك المطبخ ولا تهتم بنفسها كالمعتاد، وهي مرتبطة بشاب عاطفيا دون خطوبة وتشعر بالمماطلة والخذلان منه لديها جوانب قوة هو انتظامها في العمل، طبيعة عملها الجامعي ورغبتها في العلاج واهتمامها بذلك. بينما عوامل الخطورة تتمثل في محاولة انتحار سابقة بالأدوية منذ سنتين وعلاقتها بأختها غير جيدة يغلب عليها اللوم وعدم الوفاق أما عن التاريخ والحالة الأسرية: فالأم انفصلت عن الأب من 2008 وتزوجت وأخذت الأخ الأصغر معها فقط ولم تسأل عنهم منذ ذلك الوقت بينما كان الأب يمارس إساءات جنسية للأخت وكان يسيء باستخدام الهاتف لخلود باتهامات قريبة من الضلالات "انها ستعمل بالدعارة" لكل الاصدقاء واضطرت خلود واختها لهجر الأب وأخذ مسكن، وتوفي الأب منذ 3 سنوات وعلموا بوفاة الأب بعد اسبوعين من الوفاة وتشعر ناحيته بالحزن ولوم الذات بزعم أنه كان مريضا وانها لم تتفهم مرضه وقتها، بينما أختها ترى أنه لا يستحق الحزن وتلومها على أن حزنها يعني أنها متعاطفة مع من سبق الإساءة. لا تراودها أفكار انتحارية حاليا التقييم المبدئي: أعراض واضحة من الاكتئاب الأساسي من متوسط لشديد التدخل خلال الجلسة: تم تقديم تثقيف نفسيحول طبيعة الاكتئاب وتوضيح كيف تعمل الأعراض مع بعضها من حيث ارتباط الأفكار بالمشاعر بالسلوكيات، والاتفاق على التفريق بين لغة المرض ولغة العلاج، وبدء العمل على التنشيط السلوكي من خلال أنشطة محددة مكتوبة بمدة زمنية واللقاء مرة أخرى. كما تم الإشارة إلى أننا قد نحتاج دواء خلال الفترة القادمة. مسار جلستين 6 مايو 2024 تم العمل على وقف الاجترارات والتحكم فيها وكذلك جدول الأنشطة والتركيز على إتمام بعض المهام، بدأت تتجاوب لكن كانت تشتكي من أختها وأنها قامت بطردها من المسكن نتيجة أنها تشعر بالضغط الشديد معها، وبعد فترة تدخلت صديقة وأعادتها.. استكملنا العمل على الاجترار والوعي به وتقييم آثاره وانه يمكن التحكم فيه .. شعرت بتحسن ملحوظ وبدأت تكمل رسالتها لكن انقطعت رغم محاولة تذكيرها بضرورة استكمال العلاج Diagnosis/Notes Social Allergy Family
