Summary	أحمد رجل عمره 32 سنة، الرابع لأخين واختين (علي اغسطس 1984)، والاب ظابط جيش وبعد المعاش ادمن افلام بورن ؟! وترك البيت، واحمد حقوق ولا يعمل حاليا ً وكان يعمل في اعمال متفرقة دون استقرار ولم يتزوج ويعيش مع الام والاخوة، بدأ يتعاطي حشيش ثم بانجوا في عمر 18سنة ثم ترمادول في عمر 19سنة وبطل تماما بعد جرعة زائدة ووقف حتي التدخين، وقد عاش مع اب شديد العنف ومهمل وله اخين يعالجا هنا احدهما اضطراب انتباه، كما عاني وهو طفل من اعتداءات جنسية وميل الي الجنس المثلي ويعتبر نفسه مزدوج التوجه الجنسي، وفي عمر 19سنة بدأ يعاني من الخوف من عذاب القبر وجهنم، وبدأ علاج نفسي واخذ اولابكس ووقفة ثم في عمر 26 سنة عاني من خوف من الموت شديد جدا ً وشخص بايبولار وعلي ترايليبتال واولابكس لمدة سنتين واوقف الاولابكس ولكن لم يحدث اعراض تبدد الواقع واخذ سيروكويل وفي عمر 30سنة عاني من اكتئاب شديد وحاليا ً علي فلوزاك واولابكس 2.5 وترايليبتال 600 مجم وتوبيراميت 25 مجم ومستقر نفسيا ولكن متعطل تماما ً، (عانيت للحصول علي معلومات من الام والمريض)، ورغم استقرار الحالة النفسية هو متعطل ويمكن تشخيصة بايبولار، اضطراب شخصية (لف علي دكاترة بالهبل)، ويذهب الي علاء للتقييم والعلاج النفسي

Follow Up	٢/٢/٢٠٢٥ علاء يشكو من العطله وعدم قدرته علي الاستمرار بعمل ولديه ضلال ان الناس بتتكلم عليه وبيتريقوا عليه وعلي وزنه وله تاريخ من وجود وساوس سب الذات الالهيه من ٢٠١٣ وحاليا الوساوس مستقره مع الانتظام علي الادويه الام: بدأ يتعب وهو في الثانوي لما كان بيشرب حشيش ( نوبات هلع) وراح لدكتور في أسيوط وكتب له دواء وأتحسن. وبطل يخرج ووحده وبلاستشين واخد الثانويه منازل وفي عمر ١٩ اكتئاب وهلع وينام جنب والدته نتيجة الخوف ومبيرحش الكليه إلا عشان الامتحان وبعد الكليه رافض الشغل حتي أوبر مش عايزها، حياته النت والأكل، علاقته بالأم ممرضه ومعيقة للاستقلال ومتعلق بها بشكل شديد والأب عصبي، علي الاغلب وسواس مصاحب بأعراض ذهانيه او اضطراب الشخصيه الاعتماديه ٩ فبراير ٢٠٢٥ علاء يشكو من قلق ومخاوف وإحساس بالذنب وخبرات تنمر وبيتكلم في خبرة اعتداء جنسي من اصحابه وهو في عمر ١٠ سنوات وتكرر الموضوع بعد كده مع ناس قرايبه واخر مره وهو في عمر ٢٣ سنه مع أشخاص يكبرونه ويصغرونه ويمارس العادة السريه مصاحب بخيالات علي اولاد وبنات
