Summary	علي رجل عمره 35 سنة، الاصغر لثلاث اولاد واخت، الاب كان وزير وقاضي، والام ست بيت، وهو خريج حقوق، ولم يعمل، وتزوج في 2017 وطلق في 2024 ولم ينجب، ومنذ 2016 يعيش في مصر مع الاب والام وبدأت الحالة في 2012 عاني ضلا المرض وانه مصاب بالسرطان، وجاء الي مصر واخذ زيبركسا وسيبرالكس واستمر عليها حتي 2021 ووقف الادوية واصبح أفضل وابتدي ينطلق ويتحرك بجدية ولكن في صيف 2024 كان في هولندا وطلق مراته واعتقد انه الامام المهدي وعندما عاد الي مصر تم شحنة علي مستشفي عادل صادق لمدة 28 يوم وخرج في سبتمبر 2024 واخد انفيجا حقن وترايليبتال وكهرباء ووقف كل الادوية منذ شهرين، وحاليا ً ملازم السرير وفاقد الشهية وتقيل الحركة واقر للباركستون وحاليا ً هو شديد الاكتئاب، وبمراجعة التاريخ يبدو ان هذا الرجل اضطراب ثنائي القطب وعاني في 2014 من نوبة هوس لكن استمرارة علي الزيبركسا اوقف الهوس حتي اصابته النوبة الثانية في 2024 وهو حاليا ً مكتئب وسوف يأخذ فقط ماريتماش ثم يضاف له ديباكين فيما بعد

Follow Up	٢ فبراير ٢٠٢٥ علاء عنده اعراض اكتئاب وإحساس بالذنب علي العوده من هولندا وطلاقه لزوجته وبيتواصل مع بنت يمنيه مطلقه ومقيمه في هولندا ووالده عرف ورافض الزواج منها ١٨/٦/٢٠٢٥ جاء من قبل وشرحت له المرض والغريب انه لم يشخص من قبل غير اكتياب رغم وضوع التشخيص وحاليا ماشي على ٨٠٠مل ليثيوم والليثيوم ٠.٦ والامور مستقرة وكمان كتب كتابه على البنت اليمنية الهولندية (مطلقة ومعها بنت عمرها اربع سنين) وبعد كتب الكتاب فشل في الايلاج ، وكان عنده اسئلة تخصه علاقته الزوجية وعلاقته ببنت زوجته وطليق زوجته وهكذا ويشتكي من تغير في شخصيته بعد شحنه ع المستشفى انه اصبح غير متكلم وغير معبر ويحتاج إلى نكشه في الكلام وتحريكه نفسيا ٢/٧ طلع عنده تسريب وريدي وكمان الكرياتينين طلع للحد الاقصى
