Summary	جيلان سيدة عمرها 25 سنة، الاولي لأختين، تبدو مرتبكة، الاب محاسب والام مهندسة زراعية (لبني يوليو 1974)، وهي خريجة تربية، وعملت في كول سنتر مدة قصيرة ولا تعمل، وتزوجت 2023 عن حب من طرف واحد ؟! ثم صالونات ومعها بنت 6 شهور، وقد عاشت حياتها مع اب وام كثيرا الخلاف حتي انها عاشت اغلب حياتها في بيت الجد مع الام في الغربية، وحاليا ً تعيش مع الزوج في التجمع، واشتكي الزوج انها بتتوتر بسرعة، ولا تنزل ابدا ً لشراء احتياجات البيت ويوجد لا مبالاه وعصبية وتميل للعزلة وبتتوتر بشدة من الاجتماعيات مع تعلق شديد بالزوج لدرجة كانت تحبه من طرف واحد بدون علمة حتي تقدم لها بالصدفة، ولا تستمع بشيء حتي الامور البسيطة مثل غروب الشمس او الاكل، وشديدة الغيرة علي الزوج، وكثيرة البكاء علي اي موقف بسيط، والام تعاني بشدة من الاب وتعاني من القلق الشديد، واشتكت هي انها لا تعبر عن نفسها ولا تحكي ولا تتكلم وان ذلك بدأ مع تحرش الخال بها في عمر 10 سنوات والاخت وهي في عمر 8 سنوات، وبالفحص هي سيدة عانت بشدة من وضع اسري شديد الاضطراب بسبب عنف الاب واكتئاب الام ويمكن تشخيصها اضطراب شخصية عصابية (بارانوية تجنبي اتكالي متقلبة سرعة الغضب والاحباط والخوف)، مع اعراض عديدة اكتئابية وقلق ووسواس مع اضطراب صدمة قديمة مرتبط بتحرش الخال ثم الاخت، وسوف تأخذ لوسترال وبوسبار (الاب كذلك متحرش)، وتكمل مع ام كلثوم للشغل علي الصدمات القديمة واضطراب الشخصية

Social	يوجد تاريخ عائلي عند الجدة بمرض نفسي لم تستطيع العميلة تحديده حسب وصف الزوج والعميلة فأن الأسرة ملها سلوكها غريب وانطوائيين ليس لها أصدقاء

Follow Up	٢١/٤/٢٠٢٥ ذهبت إلى ام كلثوم التي اكدت ان موضوع التحرش غالبا سوء تاويل والمشكلة انها جلست مع الزوج بعيدا عن المريضة وهو اخبرها انه لن يخبرها بما دار بينهما مما زاد من البارانويد بتاعها ، ومن مراجعة الحال وراي ام كلثوم هي غالبا نوع من الذهان الغير متميز مع اضطراب تفكير متركز حول سوء التاويل والغيرة والشك وتدهور على المستوى الاجتماعي والعلاقاتي حتى انها مقاطعة كل عيلتها ماعدا الام ولا تتعامل مع اي شخص تقريبا غير الزوج لكنها ماشي الحال في اطار تربية البنت ورعاية البيت والزوج، وسوف نضيف اريببرازول وسحب اللوسترال
