لثلاث بنات وولد ، الأب مهندس استشاري بالسعوديه أخر 20 سنه ، والأم ست بيت ، وهى خريجة بيزنس وتعمل في شركه جنرال اليكتريك ، وتزوجت في 2022 عن حب من مبيعات ولم تنجب وتعيش مع الزوج في المقطم . وهى زوجه (محمد نوفمبر 1984) – وجاءت لأنها لا تنام او نومها خفيف ، وقد بدأ منذ 4 شهور مع مرض الزوج (بارانويه) ، بدأت تضطرب النوم بشده لدرجه فقدان النوم نهائياً ، واكل مفرط وزادت 17 كجم ، مع اجترار شديد للمواقف والأحداث التى حدثت مع مرض الزوج ، مع استعاده ومضات ايذاءات قديمه ، كما انها شخص راع بأفراط ومع مشاكل محمد زادت الرعايه بشكل مزعج ، كما انها عانت من غياب الأب بسبب السفر وكذلك واجهت القبض على الأب بسبب مشاكل ماليه وكانت هى المسؤوله عن الأسرة في غياب الأب لدرجه واجهت الأم عندما عرفت بعلاقتها برجل أخر غير الأب واوقفتها . والأعراض صداع ، انفعال ، بكاء ، خمول ، وارهاق ، وسواس نظافه ، لوم النفس ، ذنب قوى ، فقدان اهتمام ، الشعور بالضغط من الحياه اليوميه ، تسارع القلب ، الأرق ، تنميل ، يأس ، توتر – وهى ست عظيمه وناجيه لأنها عاشت حياه شديده الأضطراب مع الأب الشبه غائب والأم شديد الأنفعال وغير المسؤوله وتدريب من صغرها على المسؤوليه ثم تزوجت ووجهت بمرض الزوج (اضطراب ضلالى) مما قلب عليها الأحداث الماضية وتشخيصها اكتئاب مزمن وسوف تاخذ دبراتيوكس مع ترتيكو ١٠٠ ٣٠/٤/٢٠٢٤ احسن كتير والنوم احسن والبكاء وقف والمزاج احسن والعصبية اقل والفلاشباكس اقل والافكار اقل، والطاقة زادت والانشغال وحتى اتغيرت تجاه شعورها بالاستحقاق وبدات دايت وخست ٢ كج، واشتكت من نقص الرغبة الجنسية عندها وعن محمد مع ملاحظة ان محمد ياخذ ريسبيردال، اتفقت معها تكمل مع ميرفت او منى Diagnosis/Notes Social Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up حضرت بسنت ثلاث جلسات في الجلسة الأولى حكت عن ارتباطها بمحمد وإنها دائما بتحاول تقرب منه لكن هو مزاجه متقلب أحيانا بيشككها في نفسها لانه بيعاني من آثار العلاقة القديمة مع زوجته السابقة وده بيقلل من ثقتها بنفسها وإنها دائما حاسة بالذنب التقصير وعدم الرضا عن الذات ودايما تضع توقعات عالية من الأشخاص اللي حواليهاوده يخليها تحس أنها محبطة نتيجة عدم صدق هذه التوقعات و تعاني من صعوبة في النوم وأحلام مزعجة ومزاجزمتقلب وصعوبة في التركيز وببتفكر أنها ممكن تكون محتاجة تزود الدواء علشان تحس أنها أحسن كما أنها دائما تشعر بأنها متشائمة وانها متستحقش وتكلمت أيضا عن وزنها الزائد في الفترة الأخيرة وإنها خلعت الحجاب وحاسه بعدم رضا اتفقنا تنتظم في الجلسات والعلاج الدوائي ونبدأ نغير الروتين اليومي بتاعها شوية وتعمل حاجات بسيطة تبسطها وحددنا في الجلسة الأولى الأهداف العلاجية والبرنامج اللي حنشتغل عليه وهو العلاج المعرفي السلوكي وشرحنا النموذج المعرفي وتأثير الأفكار على المشاعر والحالة المزاجية وعرضنا الأخطاء المعرفيه للافكاروازي ممكن تاثر علي روئيتنا وادراكنا للاحداث طلبت منها تبدأ تمارس رياضةوننظم الوزن وتحاول تخرج مع أصحابها شوية حتى لو محمد مش عاوز ينزل لكن تحاول تبسط نفسها وتدي نفسها مساحة خصوصية عشان تعرف تتبسط بشكل عام هي ست جدعة وشايلة مسؤولية ومحتاجة تحس بأمان وطبطبة ٦/١/٢٠٢٤ توقفت عن الذهاب إلى علا لانها لاتفهمني،، وذهب إلى معالجة جسدية وحصل تحسن كبير جدا في
