Summary	اونلاين منة سيدة عمرها 27 سنة، الثالثة لأخ واختين، والاب طبيب جراح، الام موظفة، وهي تجارة وتعمل ادارية وكانت مخطوبة لمدة سنتين والخطيب سابها قبل الفرح بأسبوعين ولذلك اتصلت، وتعيش مع الاسرة في الاسكندرية، وبعد الفسخ كانت تعبانة مع بكاء مستمر، ومصدومة وذهبت لمعالجة نفسية شرحت لها اسباب التعلق لأن الاب يعيش أغلب الوقت في السعودية والام مشغولة في شغلها، وكذلك شخصتها اضطراب القلق، وتحسنت تدريجيا ً، من ناحية اخري هي قريبة فقط للاخت الصغري، كما ان الاب شديد العصبية وعنيف نفسيا ً وجسديا ً مع الام والابناء، والخطوبة أتفسخت لأن الاب اتعصب عليه كما انه شخص ذكوري ومتسلط، ولم يكن الام والاب متفهمين لحزنها بعد الفسخ ١٤/١٢ مع مزيد من الفحص كانت تعاني من اضطراب شخصية بارانويد واضطراب شخصية وسواسية ويبدو انها ورثت ذلك عن الاب والام ، (وقد لاحظ الخطيب ذلك) وكانت الاعراض العامة سرعة الانفعال والعصبية والاجترار وسرعة الضيق والقلق في الاماكن العامة والخمول وتقلب مزاجي وفقدان الطاقة والكسل، ولوم النفس والكمالية والانقباض والقلق المعمم، والشعور بعدم حب الاخرين والبطء وصعوبة التركيز والتوتر والتململ وتعود بتلك الاعراض الى عمر ١٤ سنة عندما نقلت من المدرسة وكذلك اشترت اول موبايل في حياتها وكذلك تعرضت لمحاولة سرقة في الشارع ومنذ ذلك الوقت بدات المعاناة النفسية ويمكن تشخيصها اضطراب شخصية بارانويد وسواسية (لدرجة انها لم تبلغ لا والديها ولا اخواتها بموضوع العلاج النفسي) مع اضطراب القلق العام ورغم ذلك هي تبذل مجهود للشغل مع نفسها تمارين تنفس ورياضة وسباحة وغيرة وسوف تكمل مع اية للشغل على القلق العام واضطراب قلق التعلق واعراض اضطراب الشخصية البارانويد والوسواسية وسوف نأجل الدواء الى مرحلة لاحقة
