Summary	هايدي انسه، 26 سنة، صيدلانية، حاليا ً بالتكليف بمستشفي الجلاء للولادة بالاسعاف وتعمل ايضاً عمل خاص (ابلكيشن يداوي )، الاولي من اربعة اشقاء (بنتين وولد)، مقيمة مع الوالدين الاب مدرس كيميا (سلبي ومكبر دماغة)، والام ربة منزل (شخصيتها شبهي ودايما ً في خناقات معايا)، والاب والام بينهم المشاكل العادية والاخوة علاقتها بيهم سطحية بدأت الاعراض المرضية في صورة مبكرة في عمر غير محدد في صورة عدم انسجام مع المحيطين، الشعور بالوحدة، عدم وجود اصحاب مقربين، عنف احيانا ً، عصبية وازدات حدة الاعراض في المرحلة الثانوية لعدم الاتباط ومع بداية المرحلة الجامعية زادت الاعراض الاكتئابية حيث المزاج العسر والشعور بالضغط والوحدة وقلة الطاقة والمجهود وعدم القدرة علي المذاكرة ومشاكل في العلاقات مع الاصدقاء واستمر الوضع بتلك الصورة حتي السنة الرابعة بالجامعة ومع ازدياد المشاكل مع الوالدين لعلمهم بصداقة ولد مسيحي عرضوها علي طبيب نفسي ومع وصفة دواء رفضت هي والاهل الذهاب اليه وذهبت لطبيب اخر وبدأت جلسات علاج نفسي ولكن مع عدم التحسن ومع ازدياد الاعراض في صورة الارق واضطراب النوم والاكل ووجود اعراض نفس جسمية (قلبي بيوجعني، روحي عايزة تجري علطول متوتره) حسة دوشة في دماغي، حسة بتوتر، مكتئبة، عندي علي طول مشكله في العلاقات واندفاع بشكل غريب، وعلاقاتي مش مستقرة خالص حتي مع اصحابي وعملت فيها حاجات كتير غلط وانا عارفة، ً طول الوقت ف العلاقه خايفة انه يسبني، ممكن اعمل حاجات غلط ( جنس ) مع صديق عشان تبقي اصحاب قريبين كأني بشتريهم، طول الوقت حسه بفراغ، علي طول دماغي شغالة مش مبسوطة وطول عشان كدة جيت لدكتور نبيل التشخيص: اضطراب الشخصية الحدية، مصاحب بأعراض اكتئابية وهي على بروزاك٢٠ وسوف أضيف افيكسور ١٥٠ وليثيوم ٨٠٠ واريبيبرازول خمسة، مسار 5 جلسات مع إبراهيم يونس ١٥ يونيو ٢٠٢٥ هي تبدو ذكية وناقدة وزاد دافع التغيير مع الوقت تم العمل على أعراض الاكتئاب وعملنا صياغة الحالة وتعليم نفسي واستهداف الاجترارات حدث تحسن بنسبة ٥٠٪؜ وبقت اكثر هدوءا وفي احساس افضل بالأمل وهنكمل على أعراض الاكتئاب ثم تنظيم الانفعالات والعلاقات ويهمني رؤية حضرتك في اركز على ايه ١٦/٦/٢٠٢٥ رغم التحسن مازالت تعاني من تثاقل شديد ونقص تفاعل اجتماعي مع فرط تفكير وسوف تبذل مجهود جسدي واجتماعي وتفاعلي
