لأخ واخت، الاب صحفي وعلي المعاش، والام اقتصادية كبيرة، وهو تصميم داخلي وكان صاحب شركة وقفلها لأنه تعب نفسيا ً واثر علي الشغل في 2018 وحاليا ً بعمل حر، تزوج في 2011 من طبيبة عن حب ولم ينجب وطلق في 2017 لأنه اصيب بفيروس الايدز وطلقها بعد تأكدة من عدم اصابتها ولكي لا يصيبها بالفيروس كما انه بايسكشوال، وقد بدأت المعاناه النفسية في 2015 بعد الايدز مع خوف وقلق وافكار انتحار وعولج مع احمد ابو الوفا لمدة 4 سنين واتحسن كثيرا ولكن توقف العلاج، لنه حوله الي طبيب اخر وكان ماشي علي ادوية بالاضافة الي كونسرتا 36 مجم ورغم تحسن التركيز والانتباه لكن وقفها لتأثيرها علي الابداع في شغلة، وقد بدأت الحالة في 2015 بعد الفيروس وبدأ يعاني من اكتئاب دوري يصيبة في الصيف حتي الخريف واخد ادوية مختلفة ولكنه يوقفها في الشتاء، وعلاقاته الاسرية قوية جدا ً وداعمين جدا ً ، وله اصدقاء مقربين، وكانت الاعراض: الحساسية، الشعور بعدم الامان، تمني الموت، عدم الثقة في الناس، لوم النفس، اوجاع جسدية، انقباض، غثيان، الارق، صعوبة التركيز، التوتر، وهو شخص صادق ومحترم لدرجة حكي لأصدقائة لمجرد ان يكون صادقا معهم كما انه يرفض الانجاب لأنه يتحمل المسئولية بأفراط، وتشخيصة غالبا ً بيبولار 2 وله ابن عم بايبولار مسار جلستين مع ابراهيم 22-12-2014 شادي أول ما قابلته كان عنده أعراض اكتئابية شديدة وبكاء بالجلسة وحزين جدا على موت صديقه المقرب جدا نتيجة جرعة زيادة، اشتغلنا صياغة حالة وتوضيح العلاقة بين معاناته وبين تفضيل العزلة والتفكير الزائد ..في الجلسة الثانية كان بيميل لفهم فلسفة العلاج وواضح أنه قارئ ومهتم بالعلاج النفسي كفلسفة. الجلستين كان بينهم مسافات وفي جلسات اعتذر عنها وآخر جلسة ممكن تكون من شهرين فمش عارف وصل لايه Diagnosis/Notes Social Allergy Family History Family History No Yes Follow Up ٢٣/١٢/٢٠٢٤ حاليا على ولنتا ١٥٠ وسيروكويل ٢٥ وعمل خمس جلسات مع ابراهيم ، ومبسوط جدا جدا من الولنتا رغم ضعف الجرعة، ويشتكي من الشهية وزيادة الوزن ١٢ كج، وكذلك فتح اكثر في الايس ولكن منذ شهرين وقف تماما، ويشتكي من صعوبات في الذاكرة الحديثة وعمل رنين مخ معقد ولم يظهر شيء، وتناقشنا معا في المشاكل الحالية وهي اولا مشكلة تسوق واندفاعية في القرارات وصعوبة في تنظيم الوقت وعدم قدرته على الانتهاء من المهام بسبب سرعة التشتت ونقص
