واخت واخ، الاب لواء مهندس، والام توفيت في 2010، وهي خريجة طب واستشاري اطفال وتزوجت في 2005 من طبيب، ومعها بنت وولد (18-15 سنة)، وتعيش في التجمع مع الزوج والابناء، وهي ست لطيفة وقوية وحكت انها ناجحة جدا ً وراضية ووقفت جنب اخواتها وانها عاشت حياة سعيدة مع الزوج حتي منذ سنتين ونصف بدأ يزوج يشتكي انها تأذية بعصبيتها وبدأ يميل الي الابتعاد عنها وفي مايو 2024 اكتشفت انه اعاد التواصل مع صديقة قديمة وشتمته وهو ضربها ومن وقتها والعلاقة متدهورة، مع ملاحظة انه شخص انطوائي وحساس وغير معبر وكذلك شغلة غير مستقر، وبالفحص كان الزوج من وجهة نظرها بارانوية اسكيزون اوبسيسف وكانت هي سريعة الانفعال والغضب والعصبية والقلق، تسارع القلب، وهي سيدة ناجحة ومتحققة ولكنها جاءت من اجل الزواج، بأعادة الفحص اتضح انها لاتشعر بالثقة في الاخرين وتميل بشدة الي القلق والتوتر والشخصية والوسواسية، وسوف تبدأ جلسات للشغل علي ذلك مع ابراهيم بينما اكمل انا معها جلسات زوجية ٢/٢/٢٠٢٥ محمد رجل عمره 45 سنة، الاول لأخين واخت، الاب طبيب والام ست بيت، وهو طبيب مسالك، تزوجت في 2005 من ايمان مايو 1980 طبيبة اطفال، واشتكي انه غير متطور في شغلة ومحبط بسبب ذلك، واشتغل بشغل المستشفيات ولم يعمل اسم لنفسه، وانه انطوائي مما يعطل التواصل، كما ان الزوجة هجومية مما يشعره بالدونية، وبالفحص من وجهة نظرة كانت الزوجة بارانوية وسكزوتايبال واوبسيسف، وهو كان سريع الانفعال، سرعة الضيق، عدم الانجاز او اتمام المهام، التوتر ٣/٢٠٢٥ اشتكت انها بعد الجلسات الاولى وذهابها إلى إبراهيم حصل تحسن هي قللت شكوكها وقللت شغلها لكي تقرب منه، وحسنت اسلوبها وقللت العصبية ، وهو مازال كما هو ينام في طرف السرير يصهره ويقضي وقت مع نفسه وست ايام في الاسبوع من ستة الصبح إلى منتصف الليل، وحكت انهما تزوجا معا في بيت عيلة وعانت بشدة من تدخل الاب والام وكانت حياتهم زي الفل ومتحابين ورائعين وبذلت مجهود مضاعف للخروج من بيت العيلة ونجحا جدا ولكن بدأ التدهور منذ ثلاث سنوات، وجاءا هنا ولكنه اخذ موقف مني بعدما بدات الذهاب إلى وان هيلث ، ومنذ اسبوع عملت وتم تحليل الموقف انه عمل حاجة مريبة وهو اتجننت لانه كان اهم مدر امان بالنسبة لها، ٢٨/٤/٢٠٢٥ هو على برنتلكس ١٠ وهي على اريبيبرازول ٥ والامور افضل، ولكن هي عملت حركة بارانويد فيها شك طبعا، وعملت مواجهة وهو عمل تجنب قوي لعدة ايام وشرحت لهم مفهوم التجنبي ومفهوم الملاحق، ٢٦/٥/٢٠٢٥ كانت جلسة قوية هي تكلمت على شعورها بالخذلان في ٢٠٢١ لما قرر ميدفعش قسط العربية حست انها بلا سند وبدات تفكر ازاي تحمي نفسها وتشعر انها وحدها في الحياة وهو اتكلم عن تألقه في الشغل حتى ٢٠٢٠ عندنا توقف العمل في مصر للطيران وحصل تضخم ونزل من ١٠٠ الف شهريا إلى عشرة آلاف وهي بدات تضغط عليه وهو شعر انه مش راجل ومش كفاية للعلاقة وبدا يحس بالاهانة ويفكر في عمل حساب للزمن وانكسر وبدا اكتياب عميق من وقتها وكان حقيقي جدا ولكن بدات ايمان تقاوم التواصل ١٨/٦/٢٠٢٥ ايمان وحدها، وحكت انه اتحسن جدا جدا وعمل لها عيد ميلاد جبار ثم وقف الدوا وبدا يتدهور مرة اخرى ، ورغم ذلك اصبح فيه تواصل افضل ولكن تقلب مزاجي، وهي شاكة انه بيشرب حاجة لانه بيصرف فلوس كتير وكذلك مضايقة جدا لانه عامل باسورد للموبايل لكن هي عارفه باسورد الإبل واتش من غير ما يعرف، وهي رغم انها لم تاخذ الدوا لكن الشغل مع ابراهيم فرق معاها كتير لدرجة لما اكتشفت موضوع الخمس آلاف جنيه لم تفعل شيء، ومن الوصف يبدو انه اضطراب انتباه مهرجا ويضيع حاجات كتير جدا، Depressive
