توفي عن عمر 24 ستة، الاب توفي 2012 وكان طبيب، الام ست بيت، وهي تجارة ولم تعمل بشكل منتظم وتزوجت في عمر 24 سنة من مهندس ومعها بنتين 35 سنة، 26 سنة، وتعيش مع الاسرة في زايد وقبلها كانت في المهندسين، وهي سيدة هادئة وصوتها خفيض، وكانت تعيش حياة مستقرة واجتماعية حتي مرض الاب وقامت بترك بيت الزوجية لرعاية الاب لأنه الام قررت ترك الاب والجدة للاب توفيت مما اضطرها لأخذ الزوج والابنة والعيش مع الاب لرعايته لأكثر من 15 سنة بينما الام تزوجت ثم توفي الاب وانتقلت للحياة مع الام لرعايتها (وهكذا لم تعيش في بيت زوجية مستقل)، ومنذ 6 شهور بدأت تكون غير اجتماعية ومنعزلة وجساسة وشديدة القلق واخذت اميبرايد 50 مجم، وهي سيدة قوية واجتماعية ومحبة وعاشت مع اب وام متصارعين وعاشا معا حتي توفي الاخ وقامت الام بالانفصال وهي شالت حزن الاب والام ورعاية الاب ثم حاليا ً رعاية الام الصعبة ومكملة حبا ومساعدة للناس ولكن مع وجودها بقرب الام شديدة العصبية والتوتر الذي اثر عليها وبالمراجعة اتضح انها عاشت اخر سنتين تعمل ممرضة للاب ومنذ 4 سنوات انتقلت للحياة في بيت الام وبدأت تعاني بعدها وتزايدت المعاناه (سيطرة وقلق وغضب)، وتعاني من فقدان الطاقة والدافعية والحزن وتمني الموت واليأس والقلق الشديد وتسارع القلب والضعف تجاة الاخرين والحب المفرط للاخرين ومحاولة اسعادهم وهكذا يمكن تشخيصها اكتئاب وقلق شديد+ اضطراب الشخصية انها مؤخرا تشكو من أتاك و تشعر في الفترة الأخيرة بحالة خوف وقلق على أولادها وضر بات قلب وشعور بهبوط ونوم متقطع وعرق وحرقان في جسمها وخاصة عند الدخول في اي مواضيع تخص بناتها او تقدم عريس لهم او الحوار معهم عن المستقبل او لو رن التيلفون تتوقع حدوث شئ غير مريح بدأت العلاج في سن مبكر حيث راجعت اطباء نفسيين بعد وفاة محمد اخوها منذ سنوات عديدة وانفصال امها عن ابوها وزواجها من رجل اخر وانتقال حنان للعيش مع الاب وحدوث خلافات مع العيلة بسبب وقفتها مع والدها واخذت علاج دوائي ولم تستمر نظرا للزيادة الشديدة قي الوزن وراجعت جلسات نفسية بعد ذلك وتحسنت الحالة ولكن بدأت منذ عام تشعر بهذه الاعراض والشعور بالضيق وحزن وعموما هي شخصية محبوبة من اصدقائها وخفيفة الظل فكانوا بيحاولوا يدعموها ويخففوا عنها حنان تعاني من ضغوط لام شخصيتها قوية متحكمة تقلل دائما من تصرفاتها وتنتقد رغم حبها الشديد لها منما أثر علي حنان والخوف من رد فعل الام دائما ومحاولة ارضائها كما عانت من خوف علي بناتها بسبب حالة هنا منذ صغرها والاورام التي اصيبت بها البنات لفترة بدأت العلاج الدوائي ولكنها تشكو من الشعور بخمول ودوخة وان نشاطها قل عن ذي قبل وده مضايقها طلبت منها مراجعة دكتور نبيل وناقشنا المخاوف وتم تحديد اسبابها وطرق التعامل معها وفكرة البانك وتاثيرها علي الجسم وانها تمشي يوميا وتقابل اصحابها وممارسة تمارين التنفس ٥/١٠ احسن وافضل مزاجيا وحكت كثيرا عن صديقاتهاومحبتهم لها وكذلك حكت عن امها وخالتها واعتمادهم عليها وذلك مع افكار سلبية عديدة ومسيطرة وتحتاج إلى الشغل على تلك الأفكار وفكر أضيف ولنتا ولكن سوف اجل ذلك
