Summary	احمد رجل عمره 31 سنه ، الأكبر لأخين وأخت ـ الأب يعمل سائق تاكسي ، الأم ست بيت ،(فاتحه محل خردوات صغير على القد) ، وهو سياحه وفنادق وكان يعمل في مطاعم ولا يعمل ومتقطع في العمل ولا يعمل منذ سنه ويعيش مع الأسره في حدايق المعادي ، وقد بدأت منذ 2017 وكان عمره 24 سنه بشك في الأم والأخت انهم شمال مع خنقه وترك الشغل وذهب الى طبيب نفسي شخصه فصام وماشي منذ ذلك الوقت على اولابكس و كوبتابكس او هالونيز واكتيرين وذلك مع تعاطي مخدرات (حشيش ، خمره) وبالمراجعه هو بدأ يعاني من ذهان منذ سبع سنوات مع ضلالات وقراء افكار ولكن بدون هلاوس وشخص فصام واخذ من وقتها اولابكس وهالونيز وغيره واستمر التدهور واستمر تعاطيه للحشيش ثم دخل الجيش في 2020 وكان متحسن جداً لمده سنه وطبيعي وبدون ادويه ماعدا اخر ثلاث شهور وقد تدهور على مستوى الحياه الاجتماعيه والاهتمام بنفسه والعمل وانا متردد في تشخيصه فصام ولكن ذهان ناتج عن تعاطي مواد مخدره وذلك لأنه حاضر عاطفياً ومازال محتفظ بقدراته الأجتماعيه ويحاول العمل . وحالياً على سيكودال 6مل واكنيتون وسوف يستمر على سايكودال 3 مل ويكمل مع علاء الاعاده النظر وهل يحتاج الى مكان علاجي

Follow Up	٢٣ يونيو ٢٠٢٤ علاء ت حاضر وجدانيا وقدرته علي التفكير سليمه ومستمر بالحشيش وهو اقرب انه ذهان ناتج عن تعاطي الحشيش ، واتفقت معاه ينزل يشتغل ٧/٧/٢٠٢٤ علاء شرب مره واحده حشيش وعنده صعوبات معرفيه في التركيز والاستيعاب كمضاعفات للمرض ودي مزوده مقاومته للشغل، لازال بيسمع اصوات رجاله وستات علي فترات متقطعه من اليوم ١٤سبتمبر ٢٠٢٤ علاء غير منتظم علي الدواء، بيسيب الدواء يومين ثلاثه وياخذه يومين وشهر في الشارع لحد الساعه ٤ الفجر وتايه وسرحان وبينسي ولامبالاه ورجع يشرب حشيش حسب كلام والده وبيقول انه بقي بيشرب سيجاره كل يومين ثلاثه عشان يتحسن مزاجه وتخليه يهزر مع اللي حواليه وبيشتغل في مصنع حلويات من ٤ عصرا الي ١٢ مساءا ومنتظم في شغله وهو احسن ربما عشان قلل الحشيش ٢٧ أبريل ٢٠٢٥ علاء هو احسن في سرعة ردوده مقارنة بالمرات السابقه ولازال شغال بالمطعم منذ ٤ شهور وغير منتظم علي الدواء (سيكودال٣ مجم) بيقول عشان بينشف زوره والأصوات بقت كل فتره ممكن مره اسبوعياً وحسب كلامه مبطل حشيش من شهرين والده بيشتكي من لامبالاه في بعض تصرفاته وان كنت شايف ان ده جزء من شخصيته
