واختين، الاب يعمل مأمور ضرايب، والام موظفة بالحي، وهو يدرس تجارة ويعيش في بولاق مع الاب فقط، والاخين مع الام (الاب والام منفصلان في 2016 وكان عمره 12 سنة)، وقد بدأت الحالة بعد الثانوية العامة وكان مقبل علي الدخول للجيش ثم حصل حادثة اسانسير وفشل في التقديم وكذلك كان يتعرق كثيرا ً وعمل عملية ازالة العصب السيمثاوي وكانت نتيجة العملية سيئة جدا ً وبدأ بعد العملية في يونيو 2023 يعاني من الاكتئاب واحد ماريتماش وتريليبتال ولاميكتال وتوداسيدون ولوسترال وكويتابين ولم يتحسن الا في افكار الانتجار لكن مازال مكتئب، ومنفصل، متقلب مزاجيا ً، وهو شاب نشيط جدا ً يعمل، ويدرس ويلعب جيم وطبعا عاني كثيرا ً من طلاق الاب والام وترك الام لهم لمدة 3 سنوات ورفضها مقابلتهم، وبالفحص يبالغ في الاعراض ويبالغ في انفعالاته وعلاقاته ونسائياته والاعراض الغالبة: تقلب مزاجي، عدم انبساط، فقدان الثقة، لوم النفس، انقباض، والعصبية، والخناقات والاشتباك الجريء، وتسارع القلب والارق الشديد واوجاع جسدية، حار بارد، صعوبة في التركيز، مع اعراض شخصية عصابية (عدم الثقة في الاخرين، سهولة القلق، الضيق، العصبية، عدم الانبساط والعزلة)، ويمكن تشخيصة قلق معمم مع اضطراب شخصية وحاليا ً علي كويتابين 200 مجم ويحتاج الي جلسات معرفية للتعامل مع تلك الاعراض كيرلس بعت كذا مرة للمركز انه مش متحسن نضيف سيبرابرو ١٠ مجم قرص صباحا يومياً غير المعتاد وبيمشي كتيير وله تاريخ قبل كده انه اخد لوسترال ودخل في نشاط زياده لما كان بيتابع مع دكتور محمد رفعت، اتفقت معاه يقلل ال سيبرابرو الي نصف قرص وبيتكلم كتيير واتفقت معاه يذاكر (هو انتساب) ومعندوش حضور للجامعه ١٨ مايو ٢٠٢٥ علاء هو كان معتقد ان دكتور نبيل هو اللي كتب له سيبربرو ، ولما لقيته دخل في نشاط زياده ومبيفصلش في الكلام وقفناه وبرضوا بيتكلم كتيير واتفقت معاه يتابع ساعات النوم وفهمته ان ده اضطراب ثنائي القطب ، وله تاريخ انه كان بياخد لاميكتال وتريلبتال وبيوبريكس وكويتابيين ٢٠٠ واراربيرزول ١٠ وامبيرايد وميرتماش واولابكس ١٠ مجم وتوسيداون ٤٠ مجم وده من خلال الروشتات اللي جابها معاه ، كمان هو بيسجل الجلسه باستئذان وبيبعت رسايل مطوله ممكن بالصفحات واتفقت معاه يركز علي الدراسه حاليا وامتحاناته لانه مشتت في اكتر من موضوع مابين حماقاته مع أبوه ومواقف في الجامعه Depressive
