Summary	يوسف شاب عمره 32 سنة، الاكبر لأخت، الاب توفي في 2020 وكان تاجر بترول، الام ست بيت، وهو نظم ومعلومات وكان يعمل في جيم مدرب، ويعيش في مدينة نصر مع الام والاخت، وقد بدأت الحالة في 2019 عندما رفض العمل مع اخواته الكبار من الاب (الذين اكلوا ورثه والذي بالملايين وهم رجال اعمال كبار)، ونتيجة للخلاف مع الام ترك البيت وعاش في بيت الخال وحيدا ومنقطعا عن الاسرة من البيت للعمل والعكس وعندما عاد الي الاسرة بدا مختلفا ويتكلم بصوت عالي ويقول انا تنيين ولكنه ينكر ذلك ويحكي انه اني من افكار (ضلالات بارانوية)، الناس تتكلم عليه منذ 2017 لكن ذلك توقف ربما مع الدواء، وكان محدود الاصدقاء وحاليا ً بلا اصدقاء وبالتلي يمكن ان يكون بدأ المرض في 2017 بضلالات اضطهاد تطورت في 2019 الي ترك البيت ولكن حافظ علي العمل وفي 2022 بدأ ينقطع عن العمل ويشتكي شكاوي جسدية عامة، وحكت الام انه كان طبيعي حتي عمر 20 سنة وبدأ يتغيير الي عصبي وعنيف مع الام ولكن كان شاطر واجتماعيا ولكن يخاف ربنا ومتشدد رياضيا وغذائيا، وفي عمر 25 سنة يميل الي العزلة وعندما ضغطت عليه للعمل مع الاخوة ترك البيت لمدة سنة ونصف وعاد وهو يكلم نفسه بينما هو ينفي تماما اي هلاوس، وحاليا ً علي اولانزابين 10 مجم وابيكسيدون 3 مجم ويشعر بأعياء شديد، وربما يكون اضطراب شخصية بارانوية وعولج علي انه فصام (لأنه قادر علي الحفاظ علي عملة وتوقف فقط مع الادوية)، وسوف اوقف الادوية ويمشي فقط علي اولابكس 5 مجم ويكمل مع علاء لمزيد من الفحص والنشيط ٢٩/٧/٢٠٢٥ علاء شخصه فصام متبقى، وقد بدات الحالة في ٢٠١٦ وقام في ٢٠١٩ بتصفية الجيم وعمل عراك مع الام وترك البيتوتات في شقة ملك الخال وحكى انه كان يرى شياطين،

Follow Up	٢٧ يوليو علاء من ٢٠١٩ الي ٢٠٢٢ لوحده بعد خلاف مع والدته حول سفره حيث أقام بشقة خاله ولاحظوا عليه يتكلم ويضحك بصوت عالي وهو لوحده ومفيش نوم وشك وراحو لدكتوره نهله وكتبت له ريسبيرادل ٤ مجم واولابكس ١٠ واتحسن واستمر شهرين وبطله لما حاله كورونا وانتكس تاني وبعدها راح لدكتور مصطفي ابوالعزايم وكتب له ريسكيور وابلايفاي وتوسيدون واستمر عليه سنه ومفيش تحسن وبعدها راحوا لدكتور احمد سعيد وكتب له اولابكس وابيكسدون وبرضو مفيش تحسن ويشتكي من رأسه وهو بيقول انه كان بيحس الناس بتتآمر عليه ويتريقوا عليه ولما قللنا الدواء صوت كلامه مع نفسه والضحك زاد وبيخاف ينزل الشارع لوحده واتفقت معاه علي الجيم حلاقة الدقن
