وأخت ، الأب طبيب ، والأم ست بيت ، وهى خريجه تجاره وتعمل ممثله ولم تتزوج وتعيش وحدها بينما الأسره بين المحله والقاهره . الأقب والأم منفصلين ، والأب كان عنيف لدرجه لما تسمع مفتاحه في الباب كلنا نخاف كما انه سافر الكويت وعمرها 13 سنه وعاد وعمرها 22 سنه وكان متسلط وقاموا بخلعه ، ثم بدأت الخلافات مع الاخت حتى تركت الأسره وعاشت وحدها ، كما انها تقلبت في وظائف مختلفه حتى استقرت في .التمثيل.... في 2018 لكن لم تحقق نجاحات كبيره ومنذ عده شهور بدأت تشعر انها بلا قيمه وفاشله .(الأب بعد الخلع تزوج وانجب بنوته واحياناً تراعاها الطليقه لأن الأم غضبت وتركتها وتركت البيت) . ومعها عدد محدود من الأصدقاء ، والعلاقات الرومانسيه محدوده . وتوجد مشكله صعبه جداً بين الأختين لدرجه حاولوا يطردوها والأم ضربتها امام الجيران وقالولهم فلوسها حرام والمفاجأه ان الجيران وقفوا جنبها وطالبوها الأم والأخت بترك المنزل وحالياً هى ممنوعه من دخول بيت الأسره بسبب الأخت وتعيش وحدها حاليا . وبالتالي الوضع الأسرى معقد كله على بعضه وهى مكتئبه والأعراض خمول ، نقص الأمان ، بكاء ، لوم النفس ، وحده ، القلق ، الخوف ، الشعور بعدم حب او صداقه الأخرين ، الأرق ، التأكد والتكرار ، التململ وتشخيصها اكتئاب واضطراب علاقات اسريه وكرب الصدمة وسوف تأخذ بروزاك مع جلسات نفسيه لترتيب افكارها والتركيز على الشغل وعمل دعايه لنفسها (لا واتكلمت كتير علي انها مالهاش صحاب بنات مقربين وانها نفسها يكون عندها واتكلمنا علي اننا ممكن نتعلم مهارات العلاقات اللي تقدر بيها نبني علاقات جديدة واتكلمنا علي ال behavioral activation وهي قالت انها بالفعل بتقدر تعمل دا مع نفسها في حاجات كتير ومابتسبش نفسها تقعد متضايقة او مكسلة. ٢٨/٨/٢٠٢٤ لم تاخذالبروزاك لخوفها من الدواء وذهبت الى ايه ولم ترغب في التكملة وهي افضل عموما وغالبا لانها اتكلمت مع صديقتها المقربة ، وفتحت معاها وطبعا الوضع الاسري سيء كما هو، وحكت انها دخلت في علاقتين وكانوا اصغر منها كثيرا واحد اصغر بثمان سنين والاخير اصغر ١٣ سنة وتركته منذ سنة ولكن مازالت متعلقة به، وشرحت لها ان تفتح نفسها شوية في العلاقات وهي حاليا تحتاج الى الشغل على صدمات الاسرة وسوف تذهب الى شيماء ولن اعطيها دواء وبرجاء مراجعة مدى احتياجها للدواء شيماء اشتغلنا EMDR بدأت ب TIMELINE للصدمات للعنف الاسري وتنفيس للمشاعر اشتغلنا على الصور الذهنية مزعجه لكن العنف من الاب اكتر لسه هنشتغل عليه لكن بدأت تهدى والام جت اعدت معاها يوم من غير ما يتكلموا عن حاجه وبدات اشجعها على الشغل لكن واحده واحده على قد طاقتها حاليا بتعامل مع الناس وتحمل مسؤلية الشغل انا قولتلها تبدأ فى الدوا أ. شيماء 29/10/2024 شتغلنا timeline على الصدمات والعنف الاسري، اشتغلنا مصادر دعم داخليه، اشتغلنا emdr ٣٠/١٠/٢٠٢٤ ماشية على بروزاك والموود احسن قليلا واهدا واكثر اجتماعية وحتى نزلت شغل يوم وبتعوم مرتين في الاسبوع والمزاج الصباحي افضل، ولكن تايهة سواء في علاقتها باهلها او علاقتها بالشغل، وغير واضحة تاه المستقبل سواء تمثيل او غنا او حتى قاعدة في البيت،. محتاجة تركيز على التخطيط للمستقبل ٢٧/٥/٢٠٢٥ نبيل احسن عموما واكثر استقرارا نفسيا ولديها صديقات عديدات ولم تدخل في علاقات وقررت تبحث عن زوج على ابليكيشن ولا تمثل وتبحث عن
